Role restrain occurs most when I am practicing baseball, My coaches and family expect me to live up to there expectations. An example of an expectation is when I go up to bat my coach expects me to get on base or to move a runner if there is one. I often feel upset with my self if I let my coaches down because I want to be the best I can be.
