Exercise 1: You’ve entered all the title information for the three tracts you’ve been working on and want to update their status to show that they’re complete. You want to update these tracts in bulb rather than one by one. Do they by creating a Tract Search.

- Name it “Your Initials Tract Search.”

- Make it global (all system users will be able to use it).

- Select a project to search by.

- Locate three tracts within the project you selected and assign them a Title Status of “Compelted.”

- For those same three tracts, update the Actual Date of the Landowner Paid milestone with today’s date.
