Real life situations
7th Amendment: This amendment would be useful in a real life situation, when someone wants to be trialed for something that means a lot to them. For example, Tull violated the Clean Water Act. He wasn't given the choice to be entitled to a jury trial, so he demanded a jury trial.
8th Amendment: This amendment would be useful in a real life situation, if a homeless person committed a crime and was out in jail. The person is obviously poor and doesn't have money. For him to get out of jail, the bail value might be too excessive, considering he is homeless. This way with the eighth amendment, a high amount of bail money is not required,
