How people used fire

Most people used fire to keep themselves dry and warm when it was cold. People also used it to defend themselves by throwing burning sticks of wood at animals to keep them away. People also used fire to clear out undergrowth and brush.

People also used fire to drive bigger animals into mudhole's so they would sink so the people could kill them. Eventually people used fire to cook because it was easier to chew and digest than raw food. As the result of this the people spent more time doing other things.
