When people think of boys toys they think of fighting. When people think of girls toys they think of pink and princesses. When people want to sell toys they put on a big sale like a Christmas sale. People want parents to buy their toys so they target genders. Boys for action, girls for pink and princesses. To market toys people need to be persuasive to convince parents to buy it. Take for example a 50% sale, you automatically think "I will go there if my kid wants a toy" and that's how it works. Sales and persuasive language.
