Implement new internal interactive content SharePoint library. Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends. Identify and appoint relevant consultants to meet project needs. Monitor project milestones and deliverables. Liaise with project stakeholders to identify and resolve problems.

JAN 14 - SEPT 15

Alignment of client expectations through updated marketing collateral, redesign of website content and UX, introduction of client newsletters, and implementation of an online presence. Establish an online content strategy through social media accounts. Solicit sales of new or additional services or products. CRM management. Client communication about products or services updates, complaint management and resolution. Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems. Establish and manage Service Agreements.
