After taking all of the attention away from Lily at her birthday, Hannah returns home with her family and re gains her old self. Lily is quick to forgive Miley and they come back better than ever, showing their true friendship and loyalty. Hannah even wrote a song about it called "True Friend".

Hannah finds that home isn't always where you live, but rather where your loved ones are. After finding herself again at home, Hannah performs to the town, revealing her true identity as Miley. She ,Ayer writes a song called, "You'll Always Find Your Way Back Home".
