Residential Department

Milieu refers to the environment or setting of the therapeutic model. The Milieu is usually the most significant part of the change process as students spend most of their time in the milieu.

It is in our milieu that students first get to experience our model being applied to their lives, through the commitment and acceptance of the staff from day one. As these relationships build, students are able to experience security allowing for attunement between the student and staff.
