Gun Laws

A person may have any firearm they please as long as they use it in a responsible way. 

If a person is deemed unable to handle the responsibility of owning a firearm, such as someone who is mentally unstable or someone with a criminal record, they may be kept from buying and owning one. 

We believe that firearms, even though listed as a right, are more of a responsibility because they can turn to deadly weapons depending on the one using them. The person owning the firearm is responsible for the safety of themselves and fellow citizens.
