Voltage and Electricity
In electricity there are more than just a current flowing through lets take this to a microscopic level. How about an atom. An atom is the basic building block of life. An atom is composed of there charges an electron, a proton, and a neutron. Now in order for an electrical current to happen it all starts with the atom. In an atom the electrons are found outside of the atom. When an electron is lost or a proton is gained it gains a positive charge a charged. Voltage can be defined as the amount of potential energy between two points on a circuit. One point has more charge than the other, and this difference between the two points is what we call voltage.
