     into marriage to have more children

     -fines for having more than one child

     -fines and more tax money goes 

     towards our long-term policies

     -shorten  and decrease paid 

     maternity leaves

     -doctors can not show the gender of 

     a baby to prevent gender imbalance

     -promoting easier access to birth
