3 easy steps to master the round brush styling technique

Round brush styling

1) Pre dry & section the hair

2) Dry base of hair using section no wider then size of round brush

3) Form the curl By unrolling the hair and roll it again until the hair is dried evenly.

Round brush setting is a frequently performed technique inhair design. There are two variations:

• Hard set: This kind of set creates longer lasting curls.

Weekly or biweekly clients are interested in this form of

setting because it lasts until their next visit to the salon.

• Soft set: This set creates a looser, softer curl.

If the client’s hair is mid-length to long, begin at the nape and work up to the front hairline. If the

client’s hair is short, begin at the front hairline and

work down to the nape. This lesson describes longerhair being styled.
