FISH CHARACTERISTICS

-There are over 30,000 know species of fish.

-Fish are covered in scales and the scales are slimy to help them move through water.

- Fish reproduce in different ways, the 2 main ways are live bearing internally fertilized and carry for about a month and deliver alive. Then the other way is egg laying fish and they lay there eggs instead of giving birth to live fish.
