Sir John Johnson

He was in charge of the King's Royal Regiment of New York. He was also a Canadian politician. At the start of the war he was sent to Canada, his wife was held captive in the colonies for a year. He later formed the Royal Regiment, this was extremely significant in sieging Fort Stanwix. After the war he was exiled permanently to Canada.
