It is a non-toxic polymer that reacts with the metal surface, resulting in an ultra-thin glass like surface on the pipe. It is impearmable to water, air and moisture. The product never cures and will remain as a gel-like “paste” for the duration of the installation taking up expansion/contraction of the steel pipe itself.


In conclusion, it is a metal modifier that minimises CUI on steel piping and steel objects


In addition, it is non-toxic and environmentally friendly in any state and you do not need any machinery to install it. Apply it with hand in a thickness above 0,5mm and you are done.

selected thermal or selected PFP systems, such as the Favuseal Wrap-On, on top

HOW DOES CCG WORK?

Another benefit of CCG is the fact that it buffers any moisture/liquid that touches the CCG to a PH value of above 10, resulting in loss of corrosiveness.


If CCG is applied to slightly corroded surfaces, it will actually stop the
existing corrosion from spreading!
