1. Successfully complete 40 hours of training/education specific to mammography.

2. Complete the 4.0 hours clinical digital training log.

3. Complete the 25 supervised mammograms log.

These reports are to be kept for your records and on document at the area where you are performing mammograms as verification of MQSA consistence.
