Farmers, Herders and Shepherds

Animals were a big part of the daily lives of people. They would use them as a resource for food and sacrifices to God. So they needed people to raise them, take care of them and make sure that they were all safe. A farmer's job was to raise the animals, the herders jobs was to make sure that all of them were there and the shepherds job was to make sure that the animals were safe and that they would be fed.
