The blackbelt training program outlines the knowledge and responsiblilities for ALL Dryvit employees. There will be 5 levels to the program. Generalist, Customer Service, Technical Sales, Technical Service, and Subject Matter Expert. This will group employees into categories based on the amount of Dryvit/EIFS specific training is necessary. An example is that an employee working in factory maintenance will be a Generalist, while someone like Kevin Day will be a Subject Matter Expert. This in no way ranks employees higher or lower than one another, and is simply to distinguish the different unique levels of training required.
