In the movie they showed a stereotype when the aboriginals called the British white demons,because that is what they thought, not what they knew. They showed another stereotype when John Smith was saying that he would teach them how to live properly he said that without knowing what there lives where like. The stereotype was " they didn't live good lives". Which They were not sure of.
