There are many great things about playing lacrosse. Lacrosse is a sport that requires a high level of fitness. Games involve continuous running and sprinting, as well as throwing and catching – all keep your heart rate up and your lungs working. This exercise will keep you fit and strong for the remainder of the time playing the sport. Lacrosse also helps develop good coordination. Lacrosse is a very physical sport with lots of contact.

People participating in lacrosse are benefiting their mind as well as their body. At least sixty minutes of physical activity is known to help reduce stress. Playing with my friends help take my mind off anything else going on in my life.
