Some times I think that rubies and diamonds get all the attention, but green emeralds are more interesting than any of those. During the flood three conditions were met to create emeralds. By the way emeralds were not created at the beginning of time. When the flood happened a mineral named beryl which is rarely seen on the earths surface rose up and helped create emeralds, two more ingredients to make an emerald are chromium and vanadium the key ingredient to making emeralds is hot water or volcanic action which mixes all of the elements I mentioned together. So during the flood all of those things were happening and when all those elements rose up to the surface they crystallized and formed emeralds. The beryl rose up when the supercontinent (Pangaea) was torn into the seven continents we know today. So that is how emeralds were made.   Emeralds are mostly found underwater in areas around north and South Carolina.
