Each VP will have 10 mins to present the prepared information and 5 mins to answer any questions following that. I will also be presenting bring backs from AP MCP.

We will be identifying key gaps and key next steps based on where we came from, what we achieved and what is still needed to deliver on our MC team plan.

Each operational VP will come with reallocated goals based on new LC goals broken down by months and agreed across the MC team after comparison across all products. From there, we proceed to evaluate the LC coaches.
