Why should Iraq be improved.

We think Iraq should be improved because there are many wars going on and there are very bad people, for example "ISIS" they are trying to take over Iraq and killing innocent people who doesn't agree with them. This is why we want Iraq to be a democratic government so there are rules and people who can stop those bad people.
