SEVEN DO NOTS
4. Don’t be discouraged: Discouragement should not be found in the dictionary of a believer. A discouraged person is close to helpless. A discouraged husband or wife will make life difficult or unbearable for their spouse. Discouragement is a very useful tool in the hands of the devil and it is a commodity that he sells at a high rate because he sees such a high rate of return. It is one of the greatest weapons he uses against Christians.
5. Do not lose your joy: The Bible says in Nehemiah 8:10 (b) “for the joy of the Lord is your sterngth.”
6. Do not worry: Philippians 4:6 (AMP) Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.
Worry is similar to excess baggage, there is always an “extra” fee when you bring it because it is more weight than allowed!
7. Do not fear: Fear has torments and every time you fear the devil withdraws peace from you.
