Wilhelm Frick was born on March 12th 1877 in Alsenz, Bavaria.

He studied law at Berlin, Munich and Gőttingen universities and recieved a doctorate in law at Heidelberg University in law.

Unlike many others, he did not fight in World War One due to a medical condition.
