Noah and The Great Flood

God decided to make a new beginning starting the human race over again with Noah as the founder. Noah was then told to build an ark big enough to hold his family and enough animals to repopulate the earth. Noah took 2 of every animal. It rained for forty days and forty nights. Noah sent out a raven to see if there was any dry land. Then he sent a dove, and the dove returned to him. After seven days, he sent out the dove again and it returned with an olive leaf. Finally Noah released his passengers, and the animals. Then he built an altar to offer sacrifice to The Lord.

God sent the flood because nobody was obeying him and everyone was sinning.

Noah was chosen to be saved because he was a good man and followed God.
