Once Kennedy's body was taken off the plane, he was in a plain and cheap casket. It was also in a gray body bag. The autopsy pictures showed the back of his head being intact. The doctors at Parkland Hospital weren't allowed to see the pictures

Also, all of Kennedy's brain was gone. His neck wound was much bigger than it was before. The doctors that did the autopsy were forced to sign papers not to discuss the autopsy with anyone.
