Juan Ponce De Leon had found the land we have today called Florida. Plus, he also located some small islands that surround that area. De Leon was apart of the first voyage that reached America with Christopher Columbus. Finally, Juan Ponce De Leon had impacted the modern world by naming Florida which means "The Flowery Land".
