Day 2

Things are not getting any better for Lily. She is very agitated all the time and I have a hard time comforting her. The doctor has said there may be a chance that she needs to be put on medicine that will help calm her down. That would make me very upset if I had to drug this baby. Another one of Lily's problems is that she is very frail and her lungs were not fully developed at her birth. I have to use a monitor to make sure she is still breathing at night. It is very scary because sometimes the monitor goes off and I have to rush to her bed side. Thankfully it has just been a false alarm so far.
