As they went through the Rocky Mountains, they were accompanied by Sacagawea that helped to name and show edible fruits and vegetables. A french trader who guided and translated for them.
Pikes Peak
Zebulon Pike set out to find the beginning of the Red River. The U.S thought it was part of the Louisiana territory. He entered Spainsh territory and was captured as a spy.
