Generatively vs Self Absorption

-My children are leaving the house and I am beginning to feel the effects of an empty nest. This is important because I am rediscovering myself. I am also beginning to ease out of a primary maternal mode.

-I am beginning to work more in order to save more money for retirement and due to the fact that I no longer have to look after children. This is important because it will determine how I will be living in old age. This can also have a huge impact on my integrity later in life.
