DIVISIONS OF SCIENTOLOGY

THERE ARE SEVEN DIVISIONS IN THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY

1. Hubbard Communications Office - keeps the Church running

2. Dissemination Division - informs public of Scientology

3. Treasury - keeps financial records and pays bills

4. Technical Division - audits and trains. Auditing is the main activity of the Church. An auditor works individually with those who have not been freed from their soul (a preclear) to defeat his/her reactive mind

5. Qualifications Division - "issues certificates, validating new states of spiritual ability and awareness"

6. Public Division - reaches out to communities to educate them about Scientology through lectures and Sunday services

7. Executive Division - responsible for legal issues and government relations
