Toothpaste(not really a food) is what we chose if you didn't get before this. It is mostly made out of water, around 20-40%. Toothpaste is made from a lot, of things. A substance able to polish a surface (abrasive), fluoride, and detergents. Abrasives are at the most make 50% of a toothpaste. Sodium fluoride is the most common is usually used for flouride, but stannous fluoride, olaflur (an organic salt of fluoride), and sodium monofluorophosphate are also used. Many toothpastes have sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) or something similar surfactants (detergents). I’m not sure, but from what I saw on the internet I think that you have to mix all the ingredients together with some other ingredients to make to into a solid-ish liquid-ish product.
