Jessica Sbaraglia

Born in Switzerland Jessica is an ex pro tennis player and former model. She changed her career and just recently launched ‘Terres de Monaco’, which is an urban agriculture project. Planting and growing organic vegetables and fruits on balconies, buildings, on local hotels’ grounds and basically every green space in the tiny town of Monaco, this ambitious adventure has brought her already a lot of positive media attention.

The so-called micro farms are meant to multiply over the next couple of years. Prince Albert has offered full support for this innovative project. At the moment Jessica is growing 400 square meters of fruit and vegetables in the hotel’s garden of the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel. The produce is served at the hotel’s own restaurant, it doesn’t get more local and fresh.
