Population Distribution

Moishie's population lives in herds. They have a relatively low population density, which is about 23 per square kilometer. They are randomly dispersed around Barrow, Alaska.

Moishies live in herds to help them hunt. In order to catch their prey, they use their large numbers to ambush their prey.

The herds are randomly distributed because they move around their habitat depending on their prey and amount of food.
