Initiation

Initiates first take an online spacial reasoning and organizational skills assessment. 

Then, those who pass go on to a simulated interview and trivia test, to evaluate the candidate's ability to internalize information. 

Finally, the remaining initiates must write and defend an argument describing their strengths and why they should not be expelled from Pansophy.
