What causes Diarreah?

Diarrhea is caused by bacterial, viral, and parasitic organisms that can be found in water and food.

Most cases of children dying from a diarrheal disease occur in developing countries because of the poor sanitation and hygiene. Sewage, and Human and/or animal feces carry the organisms that cause diarrhea and can be found in the water people collect and drink.
