・After World War Ⅱ , Kendo was stopped by General Head Quarters because the organization of kendo was cooperated to encouraged the war. However it resurrected from the people who loved kendo.

・It is Kendo is a way to improve the human character through exercise. This concept is called Budo. (武道)

・Now there is a world competition once in three years. But it has not become as a sport of Olympic .
