How suspension Bridges are useful

Suspension bridges are the strongest and longest bridge type, also the oldest. They can measure anywhere from 2,000 to 7,000 feet long. Although they do cost more because of the materials you need to make them strong. This type of bridge is mostly used for going across waterways. A suspension bridge holds the roadway by cables connecting the tall towers towards the ends of both sides of the bridge.
