Does Shel Deserve To Be Recognized?

Shel Silverstien definitely deserves to be recognized for his poems because of how greatly he is able to entertain both kids and adults alike with his awesome poems. I think that he also deserves to be recognized for other accomplishments such as winning a couple of Grammys for being a great song writer and getting many awards for his books such as "Where The Sidewalk Ends".
