Case Study: Jeremiah Nash

Christmas morning 2011, Mrs. Nash woke up to her 6 month old covered in blood. A emergency trip only temporarily stopped the bleeding and within a year he was diagnosed with BSS. Now five Jeremiah receives weekly transfusions. His mother now his full time caregiver gives medication through a chestport and waits with her sun for a bone marrow transfusion.
