Drowning claims over 40 people every hour in ‘needless loss of life’ – UN report

This article is about children dying from some diseases but mostly drowning. more than 370,000 people drown a year in pools, oceans, bathtubs, ponds, etc. also, over half the population that have drowned are under 25 years of age. more than 90% of the deaths occur in lower to middle class countries like India and China. what the UN plans to do is build barriers to control access to the water.
