If you're wondering, the proclamation is no longer in effect because we won the revolutionary war and we are, in fact, in Ohio. Tension between colonists and natives continued, but things obviously changed because we don't raid each other anymore. The main point is, this helped lead us to the Revolutionary war (which...we won)
