Hades is the brother of Zeus and Poseidon. After Zeus became ruler of all, Hades was given the worst job of becoming ruler of the underworld, ruling over the dead. He is a greedy god. Hades was also the god wealth, due to precious metals mined from the earth. He rarely leaves the underworld. He is unpitying and terrible. He abducted his wife Persephone.
