Fun Fact:

When they say "future boilermaker", they are referring to their previous mascot of the boilermaker.

He was first designed as a logo in a university bookstore in 1960.

Yet no one knows officially why they chose his name.

He has a sidekick named Rowdy who represented the "future Boilermaker."
