Volunteer Work

- A really big important part in the Trevor Project are their volunteers. Volunteers are trained to help online texts, and instant messages to troubled LGBT teens with help in coming out, depression, or suicidal tendencies.

- Trevorchat / Trevortext : Volunteers are trained to answer texts and internet messages from LGBT teens who need help with coming out, depression, and suicidal tendencies

- Trevor Lifeline Volunteer : This is an onsite volunteer program that takes place in LA and NYC they answer distress calls from LGBT teens who need help with depression or just need someone to talk to.

- Engagement Volunteer : They lead volunteer orientations, work at booths at fairs, and train people who want to be volunteers

- Event Volunteers : They help with events like like TrevorLive, Pride, and fundraisers. They help by setting up, helping guests or VIP, help set up gifts bags, and much more.
