Usually from 7 to 9 a.m.. Most Chinese don't sit down to get breakfast. They usually get take out and eat while trying to catch the bus or while on the bus ride to work.

Fast

From 12-2 p.m.. Lunch is usually rushed for workers can take a nap before returning to work.

Big

From 6-8 p.m.. Usually workers and kids from school come home at 6. When they get home they start preparing dinner or go out for a family meal.
