Our flours comes out of unique blends of Italian and European first class wheat, carefully selected on plantations to bring back home the grains with the best proteins available.
The quality we look for starts from the farmer. The agriculture techniques matter as well, as a form of respect towards consumers and mother earth.
We are increasingly milling wheat grown in sustainable plantations, stimulating local farmers to apply integrated pest control techniques.
From 2016 part of the grains will be also organic certified.
