Heart- The heart is a cardiac muscle. It works without any help from you. It contracts, or tightens up, and relaxes to pump blood throughout your body.

Tendon- they connect muscles to bones. The Achilles Tendon connects your Gastrocnemius muscle to your heel.

Tongue- this is the only muscle in your body that is attached only at one end! It helps you swallow your food and talk.

Biceps- this muscle is the muscle you see when you flex your arm. When you flex, it contracts and when you, relax it relaxes.

Gluteus Maximus- this is the muscle that is in your behind. It attaches to the back of your leg to help you sit down.

Fun Fact!
