The wage gap

The wage gap is the difference (usually expressed with a percentage) between women and men's median annual earnings.

Why is it a problem?

Women are being paid significantly less for the same work as their male counterparts.

With enough support, we can help make the wage gap even smaller and make payment equal between men and women by creating more laws against gender based discrimination .
